How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Simple Gas App account directly from the app at any time. Follow the steps below to permanently remove your account and all associated data.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the App
Launch Simple Gas App on your device and make sure you are logged in.
Go to Settings
Navigate to the Settings page from the app menu.
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll down and tap the Delete Account option.
Confirm with Your Password
To verify your identity, you will be asked to type your account password. Enter your password and confirm the deletion.
What Data Is Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile (name, email, registration number)
- Certificates and documents you have created
- Invoices and billing history
- Notifications and preferences
- All other data associated with your account
Important Information
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All your data will be permanently erased from our servers.
If you have an active subscription, it will be instantly cancelled upon account deletion. You will not be charged further.
Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation.
