We are confident you will love Simple Gas App. If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription within 30 days of your initial purchase, we offer a full refund. There are no hidden conditions or lengthy forms to fill out.
Note: We do not offer free trials. All users start with the Free plan, which provides full access to all features except unlimited certificates and appliance manuals. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only when upgrading to the Pro plan.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You purchased a Pro subscription within the past 30 days
- You are requesting the refund within 30 days of your purchase date
- This is your first refund request on your account
- You are not requesting a refund as part of fraudulent activity
Important: Refunds apply to Pro subscription charges only. The Free plan is free and does not have refunds associated with it. Refunds are not available for add-on purchases, in-app purchases, or after the 30-day refund period has expired.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Your original purchase receipt or order number
- The date of your Pro subscription purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

3. Refund Processing Timeline
Once you submit your refund request:
- Initial Review: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Approval: If approved, we will confirm via email
- Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Credit: The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Visibility: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
4. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation: You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, but you will not be charged for the next month.
Refund: A refund is different from cancellation. If you want to cancel and receive a refund for your current billing period, you must request this within 30 days of the initial purchase.
5. When Refunds Cannot Be Issued
We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:
- The refund request is made after 30 days of purchase
- The same account has already received a refund previously
- The request is related to account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
- The request is deemed fraudulent or suspicious
- Duplicate payment charges (contact us to arrange a credit)
- The request is for Free plan usage (which is free)
6. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. Approved refunds are for the full amount of your Pro subscription charge. If you have used only part of a billing period and request a refund, we will refund the full amount charged.
7. Account Access After Refund
When a refund is issued:
- Your Pro subscription access will immediately downgrade to the Free plan
- Any documents and data remain in your account
- You can continue using the Free plan features (2 certificates per day limit)
- If you wish to upgrade again, you can do so at any time
8. Special Circumstances
If you have special circumstances or believe your situation warrants an exception to this policy (such as duplicate charges), please contact us at support@zexware.com with full details. We will review your case individually and respond within 5 business days.
9. International Refunds
If you are located outside the UK/EU, our refund policy still applies. However, depending on your location, there may be additional taxes or fees charged by your payment provider. We refund only the subscription amount and are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refunds Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Simple Gas App after such changes means you accept the updated policy.
