• Obtaining and maintaining all necessary professional qualifications and registrations
• Conducting all required inspections and testing before issuing certificates
• Maintaining full documentation and records as required by law
• Ensuring documents are only issued for work actually performed to the required standard

Simple Gas App and its creators assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any documents generated. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and services provided by Simple Gas App are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation:

• Implied warranties or conditions of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights

6. Limitation of Liability

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated any laws. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

Simple Gas App, its design, features, and functionality are the intellectual property of Simple Gas App Ltd. You own the content you create using the App, but grant us a license to store, process, and sync that content. You retain all rights to documents you generate.

10. Third-Party Content

Simple Gas App may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party content. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, UK, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England.
